Flow Collective Yoga is a grounded, warm community of humans who love Yoga. We welcome any body, with any experience to our classes and hope to provide an enjoyable, safe and connected experience. Our goal is to share mindful space, presence, elevated energy, or restoration and respite in a way that is designed to discover and connect with the embodiment of your true nature.
Through Yoga classes in Wollongong, as well as workshops, retreats, events & experiences, our experienced teachers provide safe, supported care practices for your body & mind, facilitate connection to meditative & Spiritual States, and share the ancient wisdom from Yoga, Eastern Philosophy and other indigenous practices.
Flow Collective is run by Senior Teacher Lana Clementson, and Admin Manager Sophie Sanders who are very honoured to serve this wonderful community.
