Jason Wright
In Jason's classes, you will find fluid and dynamic sequences that link breath to movement with music, flow, and a bit of sweat. Jason is passionate about creating and holding the space for you to feel empowered as you step on and off your mat. His classes are accessible for every body while offering opportunities to be challenged and grow. Jason will greet you with a warm smile and a soft heart.
He has been an educator for over 20 years. and completed numerous trainings including 18 months of full-time Yoga studies in college. Jason facilitates Yoga Teacher Trainings in Sydney specializing in Yoga philosophy. He has also published several online courses here and at www.elevateytt.com

Lana Clementson
Lana has been practicing and studying Yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2011. Over this time she has continuously built upon her knowledge, passion and expertise in physiological, energetic and spiritual practices. In her group classes, you can expect to be led through strong, safe alignment, meditative flow, philosophical contemplations, pranayama and guided meditation.
Through her classes and special offerings, Lana aims to provide a safe, inclusive and grounded space in which students can learn & practice yogic wisdom and movement science, in a way that is open to all levels of experience, mobility and lifestyle.

Katie Mahoney
You can expect a strong, flowing vinyasa style in Katie's classes. She is passionate about incorporating breathwork and creative movements that keep you present in your practice. Katie is a runner so you can always expect some deep hip and hamstring opening. She loves to teach peak poses and empower and challenge her students to explore new things.

Fyona Park
As a former dancer, Fyona naturally embraces creativity, fluidity, and a reverence for body mechanics. Fyona gently guides you through mindful movement with awareness and connection to breath, empowering you towards inner peace, equanimity, and sustained well-being. She is passionate about designing practices that blend strength and ease with alignment and safety in mind.

Maddy Godber
Enjoy elegant and dynamic flows in Maddy's Vinyasa classes, and soft, nurturing, introspective space in her Yin classes. As a clinical psychologist Maddy is passionate about the ways that the ancient teachings of yoga and modern psychological science work together to help people to regulate their nervous system, develop self compassion and find more freedom and flow in their lives.
