✨️ Yin | Meditation | Reiki | Yoga Nidra ✨️ Saturday 8th March at the Yoga Hive Wollongong with Lana Clementson & Christine Hutchin. 4pm - 6.30pm $65 🤍 Rest deeply in restorative Yin poses, to unravel & soothe tension, as you recieve Reiki healing, intuitive guidance & nurturing hands on assists. 🪐 Together we will practice the ancient and powerful Micro-Cosmic Orbit meditation, to cultivate feelings of grounding, balance and expansive connection to the universe 🌙 Sink into a deep, guided Yoga Nidra, for energetic & mental recalibration & alignment. ✨️ Held at the beautiful @Yoga Hive Wollongong. 💫✨️Spaces are Limited✨️💫
